Sometimes we’ll be able to fix it straight away while you wait, but if you need to leave it with us we’ll let you know how long we’ll be and when you can pick it up.

Can’t come in store? Drop us a message or give us a call to let us know, and the pop it in the post. Once we receive it we’ll diagnose the issue for free and give you a quote. We’ll make it as good as new, and then mail it right back to you.

I do not recommend this place. I’m pretty sure they put a defective part on my phone and after a day of not even using my phone because of being busy and restoring it from ICloud, it started powering off randomly and making clicking sounds. I hoped by powering it off over night and turning it on the next day it would work again, but instead I turned it on to half the screen being blue and not working. They claim it was my damage because of some tiny crack on the inside of the screen only visible by opening the phone up and shining the light a certain way. The glass and touch layer of the screen were perfectly fine. $430 later and my phone is broken and worse than when I took it in. Honest mistake by them? Maybe, but is it worth the risk to take in your phone and have them fix it? NopeEdit* after going in there appeared to be a tiny crack that was on the top right of the screen. This was not there before it was dropped off, and the attached photos are from videos of it freaking out…no screen damage.

Very disappointed with the email reply. I requested a quote and received one in a timely manner, I immediately responded to the quote email with 'great, how do I book this? Is it appointment or walk-in?' No one ever responded its been over a week. So I went elsewhere and it was also cheaper. Always shop around.

What a God send this business is. After being quoted six to seven hundred to fix the speakers on my phone from another business, a friend recommended Wi West. From the minute I entered the store I was impressed with the owner”s knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. Very rare these days. Can’t thank them enough. Brought in my wife's S20FE to replace a broken screen. They did it fridy afternoon in just over an hour and its like a brand new phone! Very happy with the work and the customer service. Highly recommend this company. I will be back for battery replaements when the time comes.

Bought a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy A71 less than 2 weeks ago and it doesn't perform any better than my old battery. I brought it back into Wi West for an exchange and the service clerk basically shrugged and did not give me ANY options. What SHOULD have happened is that my battery should have been replaced with another one. I am almost certain, if in fact they put in a new battery, it was faulty. POOR SERVICE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and $$$$ at this place!

They gave me the best price out of 4 quotes that I got on a screen replacement. They gave me a claim check with a work order # on it. They gave me a "come pick it up call" on the day it was supposed to be ready. Last but not least, it works just fine. Pretty amazing considering the distance it fell. WI West and Samsung, couldn't be happier with either one.

Went in to get a new battery for my iPhone. I was told battery would last like a new phone. Unfortunately, that is not the case. My phone still dies half way through the day. I went in to ask about it and they said the battery is fine. Looks like I just wasted $100. Sad.

Love these guys. The ringer / silence switch was no longer working after I dropped my iPhone X. I thought it would be pricey fix. The customer service guy said the switch might just be out of alignment. Had no idea what that meant. But an hour later, I came back and it was fixed, for just $40 bucks. I have never seen that before. My phone feels brand new. Thanks guys!

My x box one x stopped sending a signal to my TV , this seems to be a fairly common problem with them from my research as a chip inside them seems to stop working. Wi West wasn't mentioned in my online search for places in Lethbridge that fixed consoles but after talking to another shop that was and being told they couldn't fix that problem I talked to someone at EB games who suggested I contact Wi West. I contacted them and they said it was a repair they were able to do. (it's fairly complex based on videos I've watched online of the repair) Wi West was able to diagnose, order up the chip it needed, fix my machine and have it back in my hands in under a week all for what I consider to be a very reasonable cost knowing the work involved. Thier service was good and I'm very happy to have my machine fixed and be back to playing video games.
