Sometimes we’ll be able to fix it straight away while you wait, but if you need to leave it with us we’ll let you know how long we’ll be and when you can pick it up.

WATCHOUT.. they told me they could easy fix my iPhone screen. I know dumb I didn’t realize they weren’t an authorized iPhone repair but the guy completely made it sound like they were. The screen was giving me faulty messages by the time I got to my car so I went back in and they said don’t worry it’ll settle down I n a couple days. The screen would respond sometimes and sometimes nothing. I went back in 4 times to complain about this problem and literally the guy took my phone and swiped and it worked and his reply was it worked just now. I told him 100 times it’s intermittent and he shrugged his shoulders. I went to an actual apple dealer and they said they can’t work on it cause it’s not their screen. So bottom line new phone and $2100 later (warranty was over on the old phone) but the worst part is I had to set up my new phone from iCloud and I lost a TON of work related things in that process. FURIOUS

Had a great experience. Went to see why was my phone wasn't charging, they blew it out with some air for free, and now it's good as new! Knowledgable and friendly staff. Fair prices and a wide variety of services.

I went to WI Wireless with my $2000 phone for a $600 screen replacement. They got done in an hour and gave me back the phone, I asked him if it still has its ip68 water resistance he Said "absolutely" wich it should have (if done Profesionally) so I took a look at it and right away I notice that the back glass was extremly loose due to using heat to remove the front screen. So he took it back and said he put adhesive under there in just 5 minutes then I paid for it and left. Upon further review there's still a noticeable gap between the back glass and the phone frame and room for the back glass to wiggle around due to it not being glued on there properly. So I gave him a call and told him about that and he said that it's "not" gonna have its water risestance because all they do is reuse the old adhesive. Now he wants me to come back again so he can have another attempt at fix it after I could potentially have broken the back glass due to it being a loose piece of glass thus voiding their warranty not to mention what would happen if I would get a few drops of water behind there... Looking at other reviews I can see that at 2 occasions customers either broke their glass again or got water inside their device after having them repair it thus voiding warranty, I feel sorry for them and I'm extremly disgusted of this experience!In the reply you said you aren't aloud to tell people that their phone is going to be waterproof after repair wich is true no phone is water proof. They are "water resistant"! There's a difference.

I go here for my phones, ipads, nintendo, etc. They are always fast and have good prices. I have even called and was able to trouble shoot over the phone. Great Service.

Brought in my wife's S20FE to replace a broken screen. They did it fridy afternoon in just over an hour and its like a brand new phone! Very happy with the work and the customer service. Highly recommend this company. I will be back for battery replaements when the time comes.

Do not go here. It is run by scam artists. They broke my iPad screen when removing it for a simple repair then tried to charge me for a new screen when I went to pick it up. This was after calling and confirming it was ready to go with no additional charges. Disgusting way to run a business.

Bought a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy A71 less than 2 weeks ago and it doesn't perform any better than my old battery. I brought it back into Wi West for an exchange and the service clerk basically shrugged and did not give me ANY options. What SHOULD have happened is that my battery should have been replaced with another one. I am almost certain, if in fact they put in a new battery, it was faulty. POOR SERVICE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and $$$$ at this place!

They gave me the best price out of 4 quotes that I got on a screen replacement. They gave me a claim check with a work order # on it. They gave me a "come pick it up call" on the day it was supposed to be ready. Last but not least, it works just fine. Pretty amazing considering the distance it fell. WI West and Samsung, couldn't be happier with either one.

Went in to get a new battery for my iPhone. I was told battery would last like a new phone. Unfortunately, that is not the case. My phone still dies half way through the day. I went in to ask about it and they said the battery is fine. Looks like I just wasted $100. Sad.

Love these guys. The ringer / silence switch was no longer working after I dropped my iPhone X. I thought it would be pricey fix. The customer service guy said the switch might just be out of alignment. Had no idea what that meant. But an hour later, I came back and it was fixed, for just $40 bucks. I have never seen that before. My phone feels brand new. Thanks guys!

My x box one x stopped sending a signal to my TV , this seems to be a fairly common problem with them from my research as a chip inside them seems to stop working. Wi West wasn't mentioned in my online search for places in Lethbridge that fixed consoles but after talking to another shop that was and being told they couldn't fix that problem I talked to someone at EB games who suggested I contact Wi West. I contacted them and they said it was a repair they were able to do. (it's fairly complex based on videos I've watched online of the repair) Wi West was able to diagnose, order up the chip it needed, fix my machine and have it back in my hands in under a week all for what I consider to be a very reasonable cost knowing the work involved. Thier service was good and I'm very happy to have my machine fixed and be back to playing video games.
