Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do!

Gift cards are a great way to give someone a great selection on the products and service we offer.

Do you only Repair Phones?

If we can get parts for it, we most likely can fix it!

Here are some of the most common one we see:

We can fix most phone screens and other parts that may get damaged.  We stock many parts for the most common (and some uncommon) repairs, primarily screen replacements.

We are also able to fix many tablet and other devices that may need to be repaired.

The best thing is to contact us for a quote and repair time frame.

The guy down the street will repair my phone for cheaper, will you match their price?

Pricing matching in mobile repair is very difficult as the quality of parts differ largely between repair stores and their suppliers.  Some repair stores source the cheapest parts they can find while others look for quality first.
At Wi West quality parts and repairs are our top priority.  As such we use only the best quality parts available and are always searching for great deals that we can pass on to our customers.  Through our supply chain we have been able to source high quality OEM screens as well as high quality aftermarket screens to allow us to maintain our commitment to quality while offering competitive pricing.

What is the return/warranty policy on DIY purchased parts?

Due to the fact that many mobile device replacement parts are easily damaged if not installed correctly, we can not return or offer any warranty on replacement screen.  Most other repair parts come with a 2 week replacement warranty. Special orders are non refundable.

What is your warranty on repairs?

Most repairs include a limited 6 MONTH warranty on replacement parts and labour due to manufacture defects.
Battery replacements come with a 30 DAY warranty.

Warranty does NOT cover parts that were not repaired or replaced, nor problems that were not worked on nor disclosed as per the terms of service at the time of repair.

Any attempt to repair the device yourself or by anyone other than Wi West will void all warranties.

You fixed my phone last week, its been broken again, now what?

Our repairs include a 6-Month limited warranty, this warranty covers defective part(s) and labor.

Please note that any sort of physical damage to your device (broken LCD, glass, etc.) will void all warranties we offer REGARDLESS of how it broke, except our Extended Service Plan ( Click here for more details.)

BUT Accidents do happen. Sometimes a screen can get cracked or shattered even after it has been repaired and we are here to help!   Whether it is the 1st time or 10th time, we will do what we can to get you quickly back up and running.

I broke my tempered glass screen protector

This is a great opportunity for you to SAVE!  Bring in your receipt and the broken tempered glass screen protector and you receive a 50% DISCOUNT off replacements as long as you own the phone!

I've noticed an issue with my repair, now what?

If you notice any deficiencies or warrantable issues please contact us immediately within or without the warranty period for proper advice and procedure, delaying to do so may void your warranty.

What if i cant pickup my device right away?

Unless other arrangements have been agreed to, any device not picked up within 30 days of repair will be considered abandoned and all rights to the device will be forfeited and the device will be recycled, donated, or resold.

What if my phone is damaged in your care?

This is rare but in honour of full disclosure here is our policy:

If you mobile device gets damaged in our care (excluding preexisting conditions that become exposed during our care) we will repair or replace the device, at our cost, with one of equal or greater value (the value will be determined fairly by us and based on the condition the device was in when given into our care with the adjustment of any repairs that had been or will be paid for in full). Existing damage to the phone will be taken into account with the replacement. We also reserve the right to replace the device with equivalent cash value instead of replacing it. Whenever possible and to the extent we are able, we will retrieve and backup any data requested by the customer from the said damaged device and provide it to the customer on a medium of their providing. If we do replace the device under the conditions stated above, any repairs requests will also be payable or deducted from the replacement value.

Do your used phone come with any warranty?

All used phones come with:
– limited 30 day warranty
– 6 Month DEVICE BLACKLIST PROTECTION
and knowing you are buying a certified used phone that was thoroughly checked over to make sure the device is working properly!
Some devices may still have manufactures warranty on them which when applicable also comes FREE!
We strongly encourage you to check over the device before you buy it to make sure it will meet your needs as all used phone sales are final.

What is your Return Policy?

You may return eligible purchases within 7 days of purchase for in-store credit/gift card providing the item is unused, all components are present and in new condition, and packaging has not been damaged.  (All returns are subject to verification of our policies by our staff)
If a product is suspected of being used when brought in for return and it is accepted as returnable it will be subject to minimum 20% restocking fee.  This allows us to discount the slightly used product so it can find a new home.
If you do not have the original packaging, the packaging is not in original condition or the the item was a special order, the item is not eligible for return.  This may be overridden, depending on the condition of the packaging, with a restocking fee (again to allow us to be able to resell the product at a discount).
Used Phones and SIM cards are final sale.
